NOTICE OF PUBLIC RATE HEARING

Public notice is hereby given that the Administrative Control Board of the Mountain Regional Water Special Service District, Summit County, Utah, will meet in regular public session to receive a staff explanation, hold a public hearing to entertain public comment, deliberate, and make a final decision on the proposed 2022 Drought Rate increases to water rates above 30,000 gallons per month and increase conservation fines imposed by Mountain Regional Water.
